Spending the day snapping behind-the-scenes photos of all the extras and getting in some creative research too, it was a pleasure to be on set watching the magic happen. The stilt-dancers flew in from New York especially for the video and survived a full 10-hour day on stilts on only a few hours sleep, and we think the final outcome looks incredible.
Michael Kiwanuka has had an incredible rise, with his 2012 debut album scoring him not only a legion of fans, but even a collaborative invitation from the man himself, Kanye West. A modest and thoughtful artist, Kiwanuka has stayed true to his roots, his passion and his own sound, with comparisons regularly drawn to legends Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers and Randy Newman.
